Documentation & Organization Services Disclaimer

The R.E.E.F. LLC provides private organizational support services intended to assist individuals with organizing, structuring, formatting, and managing parenting-related and case-related information and documentation.

Services may include:

• parenting plan support,

• timeline organization,

• exhibit organization,

• communication documentation,

• document formatting,

• and general organizational support services.

These services are organizational and informational only and are not legal services.

The R.E.E.F. LLC does not provide:

• legal advice,

• legal representation,

• legal strategy,

• legal interpretation,

• therapy,

• counseling,

• judicial decisions,

• or professional mental health services.

Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel regarding legal rights, court procedures, filing requirements, legal strategy, or use of documentation in any legal proceeding.

The role of The R.E.E.F. LLC is limited to assisting with organization, formatting, structure, and presentation of information provided by the client. Any decisions regarding legal use, filing, submission, or presentation of materials remain solely the responsibility of the client.

The R.E.E.F. LLC does not:

• determine admissibility of evidence,

• guarantee court acceptance,

• predict legal outcomes,

• prepare legal pleadings,

• or guarantee approval of parenting plans, exhibits, timelines, or organized documentation.

Free Initial Consultation

The R.E.E.F. LLC offers:

• one free consultation up to fifteen (15) minutes maximum.

The purpose of the consultation is to:

• discuss requested services,

• review general organizational needs,

• provide an estimated timeframe for completion,

• and provide an estimated total cost for the requested services.

Before services begin, a written agreement outlining the agreed scope of work and estimated cost will be signed by the client.

Any additional requests, services, documents, or work outside the original agreed scope may require:

• a separate agreement,

• additional billing,

• or a separate service contract.

Consultations extending beyond fifteen (15) minutes may be billed at:

• $75.00 per hour.

Fees & Billing

Documentation and organizational support services are billed at:

• $75.00 per hour,

• with a required two (2) hour minimum service fee.

After the initial two-hour minimum, services are billed in one-hour increments.

Billing may include time spent on:

• document review,

• organization,

• formatting,

• communication related to the requested services,

• preparation,

• exhibit organization,

• timeline structuring,

• communication documentation,

• administrative work,

• and other related support services.

Estimated completion times and costs are estimates only and may change depending on:

• document volume,

• complexity,

• additional requests,

• communication volume,

• or changes to the requested scope of work.

Additional work outside the original agreed scope may require:

• additional billing,

• updated agreements,

• or separate service contracts.

Conflict of Interest Notice

To maintain neutrality and avoid conflicts of interest, The R.E.E.F. LLC cannot later provide mediation services in matters where individualized parenting plan support, document preparation, timeline organization, exhibit organization, communication documentation, or other organizational support services have already been provided to one party.

If individualized support services are provided to one party, The R.E.E.F. LLC will be unable to later act as the neutral mediator for that same dispute or matter.

Parties seeking mediation after receiving individualized support services may require referral to a different neutral mediation provider.

Refunds, Cancellation & Termination

Refunds are not guaranteed.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

• time already spent on services,

• preparation completed,

• communication already provided,

• document review completed,

• organization work performed,

• or other services already rendered.

Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, refusal to participate, or cancellation of services after work has begun may result in forfeiture of some or all fees already paid.

If services are terminated due to:

• policy violations,

• nonpayment,

• inappropriate conduct,

• harassment,

• refusal to participate,

• safety concerns,

• conflicts of interest,

• repeated disruption,

• or other conduct interfering with the professional provision of services,

refunds generally will not be provided for:

• time reserved,

• preparation completed,

• communication already provided,

• organizational work completed,

• or services already rendered.

The R.E.E.F. LLC reserves the right to determine refund eligibility at its sole discretion based on the circumstances and work completed prior to cancellation or termination of services.
