The mediator does not make decisions for the parties, provide legal advice, or represent either side.

Documentation & Organization Support

The R.E.E.F. LLC also offers organizational support services intended to help individuals structure and organize information related to family or court-related matters.

• Exhibit organization

• Communication documentation and log organization

• General document structuring assistance

Neutrality & Conflict Policy

To maintain neutrality and avoid conflicts of interest, The R.E.E.F. LLC cannot provide mediation services in matters where individualized document preparation or parenting-related support services have already been provided to one party.

If document or parenting plan support services are completed for one side, mediation services for that same dispute or matter may require referral to a different neutral mediator.
