Mediation Services
Neutral, Structured, and Solution-Focused Mediation
The R.E.E.F. LLC provides private mediation services designed to help individuals and families work through conflict in a respectful, organized, and productive environment.
Mediation is a voluntary process where a neutral third party helps participants communicate, discuss concerns, explore options, and work toward mutually acceptable solutions. The mediator does not make decisions for the parties, take sides, or provide legal advice.
Our goal is to help create a calm and structured space where communication can improve and practical resolutions can be explored collaboratively.
Areas of Mediation May Include

Parenting schedules and agreements

Important Information About Mediation
The mediator:
does not represent either party,
does not provide legal advice,
does not determine custody or parenting time,
does not guarantee agreements,
and does not predict court outcomes.
Participants are encouraged to seek independent legal advice whenever desired.
Participation in mediation does not guarantee settlement or agreement, but mediation may help parties improve communication and work toward mutually acceptable solutions.
Neutrality & Conflict Policy
To maintain neutrality, The R.E.E.F. LLC cannot provide mediation services in matters where individualized parenting plan support, document preparation, or organizational support services have already been provided to one party.
If individualized support services have been completed for one side, mediation services for that same matter may require referral to a different neutral mediation provider.
