Organizational Support Services
The R.E.E.F. LLC provides organizational support services intended to assist individuals with structuring, organizing, and managing parenting-related and case-related documentation in a clear and understandable format.
This may include:
Parenting plan support
Timeline organization
Exhibit organization
Communication documentation
General document organization services
Free Initial Consultation
The R.E.E.F. LLC offers:
one free consultation up to 15 minutes maximum.
The purpose of the consultation is to:
discuss the requested services,
review general organizational needs,
provide an estimated timeframe for completion,
and provide an estimated total cost for the requested services.
Before services begin, a written service agreement outlining the agreed-upon scope of work and estimated cost will be signed by the client.
Any additional requests, services, documents, or work outside the original agreed scope may require:
a separate agreement,
additional billing,
and/or a separate service contract.
Consultations extending beyond 15 minutes may be billed at:
$75 per hour.

Two-hour minimum service requirement
After the initial two-hour minimum, services are billed in one-hour increments.
Billing Information
Billing may include time spent on:
document review,
organization,
formatting,
communication related to the service,
preparation,
timeline structuring,
exhibit organization,
communication log organization,
and related administrative tasks.
Additional time requirements may vary depending on:
document volume,
complexity,
organization needs,
communication volume,
and requested turnaround timeframe.
Payment Policy
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
payment may be required prior to beginning services,
unpaid balances may delay completion of services,
and additional requests outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
