Cancelations, Terminations and Miscilanious Fee notices
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as far in advance as reasonably possible.
Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, refusal to participate, or no-shows may result in:
forfeiture of some or all fees paid,
refusal of future scheduling,
additional fees,
or cancellation of services.
Refunds for cancelled services are not guaranteed and may be reduced or denied depending on:
preparation already completed,
time reserved,
communication already provided,
administrative work performed,
or other services already rendered prior to cancellation.
Terminated Services Policy
The R.E.E.F. LLC reserves the right to terminate services due to:
policy violations,
nonpayment,
inappropriate conduct,
refusal to participate,
safety concerns,
conflicts of interest,
repeated disruption,
harassment,
or other conduct interfering with the professional provision of services.
If services are terminated, refunds generally will not be provided for:
time reserved,
preparation completed,
communication already provided,
organizational work completed,
scheduled sessions,
or services already rendered.
The R.E.E.F. LLC reserves the right to determine refund eligibility at its sole discretion based on the circumstances and work completed prior to termination.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services already performed, scheduled time reserved, completed preparation, or work product already provided.
If a payment concern arises, clients are encouraged to contact The R.E.E.F. LLC directly to attempt to resolve the matter professionally.
Right to Refuse Services
The R.E.E.F. LLC reserves the right to:
decline services,
pause services,
reschedule services,
cancel services,
or terminate services
for nonpayment, repeated policy violations, safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, conflicts of interest, or other circumstances that interfere with the ability to provide services professionally and neutrally.
