To maintain neutrality and avoid conflicts of interest, if The R.E.E.F. LLC provides individualized parenting plan support or document-related services to one party, The R.E.E.F. LLC will be unable to later serve as the neutral mediator for that same dispute or matter.
Parties seeking mediation after receiving individualized support services may require referral to a different neutral mediation provider.
