The R.E.E.F. LLC Documentation & Organization Services Policies
1. Scheduling Policy
Documentation and organizational support services are scheduled only after:
requested information and materials are received,
signed service agreements are returned,
and any required payment arrangements are completed unless otherwise agreed to in writing by The R.E.E.F. LLC.
The R.E.E.F. LLC reserves the right to decline, pause, reschedule, limit, or discontinue services at any time.
2. Consultation Policy
The R.E.E.F. LLC offers:
one free consultation up to fifteen (15) minutes maximum for documentation and organizational support services.
The consultation may include:
discussion of requested services,
review of general organizational needs,
estimated completion timelines,
and estimated costs.
Consultations extending beyond fifteen (15) minutes may be billed at:
$75.00 per hour.
Additional requests or work outside the originally agreed scope may require:
separate agreements,
additional billing,
or separate service contracts.
3. Payment Policy
Documentation and organizational support services are billed at:
$75.00 per hour,
with a required two (2) hour minimum service fee.
After the initial minimum, services are billed in one-hour increments unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Billing may include:
document review,
organization,
formatting,
communication related to services,
preparation time,
administrative work,
timeline structuring,
exhibit organization,
communication documentation,
and related support services.
Accepted payment methods may include:

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as far in advance as reasonably possible.
Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, refusal to participate, or cancellation of services after work has begun may result in:
forfeiture of some or all fees paid,
refusal of future scheduling,
additional fees,
or cancellation of services.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be reduced or denied based on:
preparation already completed,
time reserved,
communication already provided,
document review completed,
organizational work performed,
or other services already rendered.
5. Terminated Services Policy
The R.E.E.F. LLC reserves the right to terminate services due to:
policy violations,
nonpayment,
inappropriate conduct,
harassment,
refusal to participate,
repeated disruption,
safety concerns,
conflicts of interest,
or other conduct interfering with the professional provision of services.
If services are terminated, refunds generally will not be provided for:
time reserved,
preparation completed,
communication already provided,
document review completed,
organizational work performed,
or services already rendered.
6. Conflict of Interest & Neutrality Policy
To maintain neutrality and avoid conflicts of interest, The R.E.E.F. LLC cannot later provide mediation services in matters where individualized parenting plan support, timeline organization, exhibit organization, communication documentation, or other organizational support services have already been provided to one party.
Parties seeking mediation after receiving individualized support services may require referral to a different neutral mediation provider.
7. Communication Policy
Communication with The R.E.E.F. LLC should remain respectful and appropriate.
Harassment, threats, intimidation, abusive language, excessive communication, manipulation attempts, or repeated disruption may result in:
limitation of communication,
refusal of services,
suspension of services,
or termination of services.
The R.E.E.F. LLC may structure or limit communication as necessary to maintain professionalism, safety, organization, and appropriate service boundaries.
8. Documentation & Information Policy
Clients remain solely responsible for:
accuracy of information provided,
completeness of records,
legal filing requirements,
and decisions regarding legal use of documents or organized materials.
The R.E.E.F. LLC:
does not verify legal accuracy,
does not determine admissibility of evidence,
does not guarantee court approval,
and does not guarantee legal outcomes.
9. Confidentiality & Mandatory Reporting Policy
Information shared with The R.E.E.F. LLC is generally intended to remain private except where disclosure is required by law, including:
suspected child abuse or neglect,
suspected abuse or neglect of an at-risk or vulnerable person,
threats of harm to self or others,
mandatory reporting obligations,
safety concerns,
or court order.
10. Technology & Virtual Services Policy
Virtual services may occur through phone, email, video platforms, or electronic document sharing.
Clients are responsible for:
maintaining working technology,
providing accurate contact information,
participating from an appropriate environment,
and minimizing interruptions whenever reasonably possible.
The R.E.E.F. LLC is not responsible for:
internet failures,
technical malfunctions,
device issues,
file corruption,
or technology-related interruptions outside reasonable control.
11. Non-Representation Policy
Services provided through The R.E.E.F. LLC:
are organizational and informational only,
do not establish an attorney-client relationship,
do not establish ongoing representation,
and should not be considered legal services.
The R.E.E.F. LLC does not provide:
legal advice,
legal strategy,
legal representation,
therapy,
counseling,
or judicial decisions.
Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel whenever desired.
12. Right to Refuse Services
The R.E.E.F. LLC reserves the right to:
decline services,
limit services,
pause services,
reschedule services,
cancel services,
or terminate services
for nonpayment, policy violations, safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, conflicts of interest, excessive communication, or other circumstances interfering with the professional provision of services. Based on and expanded from your uploaded mediation policies document.
